Pipe Couplings
Pipe compression couplings are used to securely join two lengths of pipe without welding or threading. They create a tight, leak-proof seal using a compression fitting, making them ideal for quick, reliable connections in fluid or air systems.
- No welding necessary – thus reliable and safe installation
- With stainless steel earthing strap to ensure electrical conductivity
- Metal casing made of aluminium AlMgSi 0.5 F18
- Also avaliable in stainless steel
- Massive aluminium clamping jaws with double-locking system
- Circular version, thus very easy to install.

High Pressure Pipe Couplings
High-pressure pipe compression couplings are designed to securely join pipes in systems operating under elevated pressure. They use robust components and reinforced seals to provide a leak-proof, reliable connection without welding, making them ideal for demanding industrial or hydraulic applications.

- Pressure-resistant up to max. 12 bar /
- Vacuum-resistant up to 0.8 bar

Coupling Station
A coupling station is a centralized point in a pipeline system where multiple pipes or hoses are connected, disconnected, or redirected. It allows for flexible control of flow between different sections of the system, often used for maintenance access, system changes, or routing in pneumatic and fluid transfer applications.
Coupling stations and material distributors can be manufactured at short notice according to your individual specifications and needs.
We will create the relevant CAD drawings and submit them to you for approval.
- The units are mounted in the frame with outlets made of stainless steel pipe (e.g. 50.0 x 1.5 mm).
- Individual elements (e.g. bends, branches, pipes) are connected with vacuum couplings of type DVK 6, precisely aligned and screwed to the frame construction using pipe clamps.
- Aluminium camlock connections are used on the upper outlets.
- The base frame consists of 40 x 40 x 2.0 mm stainless steel square tube with cross connections made of ground stainless steel (grain 240)
- Also available in glass.
