DL Platinum Silicone Hose

Convoluted Cover, High Flex (pressure and vacuum)

Platinum Silicone

DL

The DL convoluted cover, high flex silicone hose from APT Systems is a robust and ultra-flexible solution within the platinum pharma and food range, engineered for both pressure and vacuum applications in highly dynamic processing environments.

Featuring a convoluted silicone outer cover, this hose offers exceptional flexibility and kink resistance, making it ideal for installations requiring tight bends, frequent movement, or vibration absorption.

Constructed from platinum-cured silicone with internal reinforcement, the DL hose ensures superior purity and compliance with stringent standards including FDA, USP Class VI, and BfR. Its smooth bore design maintains optimal flow and cleanability, while the rugged exterior enhances durability without compromising hygiene.

Fully compatible with CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Steam-In-Place) sterilization methods, the DL hose is purpose-built for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries where flexibility, performance, and cleanliness are non-negotiable.
