The CL light duty silicone hose from APT Systems is a high-performance, flexible transfer solution within the platinum pharma and food range, engineered for light-duty pressure and vacuum applications in clean processing environments.
Manufactured from platinum-cured silicone, the CL hose ensures low extractables, high purity, and excellent biocompatibility, meeting strict standards such as FDA, USP Class VI, and BfR compliance. Its lightweight construction allows for easy handling and installation, while maintaining the flexibility and resilience needed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food-grade processes.
Ideal for applications where reduced weight and moderate performance requirements are essential, the CL hose offers full compatibility with CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Steam-In-Place) systems, supporting efficient and sterile production environments.

Regulations
Tested in conformity with the requirements included in the chapter 3-1-9: silicone elastomer for closures and tubing and is complying with the specifications required by the European Pharmacopoeia in force to date.

Elastomeric samples of 63141 were submitted under good laboratory practices to the biological reactivity tests designed for polymeric material described in the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP XXVI-NF21) Meets USP XXVI Class VI requirements (Certified and signed in Saint Fons as fully compliant with USP XXVI-NF21)
Conform to the described experimental lists requirements of the French, German, and American Regulations (Journal Official Brochure 1227, BfR section XV A FDA CFR21-Part 177.2600). For food contact materials.
